Denise became our REALTOR®  in Kamloops on the recommendation of our trusted friends.

After leaving B.C. in 1981 for work reasons, we were finally coming "home". I grew up and spent the first half of my life in the Kamloops, Ashcroft and Cache Creek area, My husband grew up in Vancouver, then worked in Flin Flon, Manitoba and Kamloops, where we met. While we made some wonderful friends in Timmins, Ontario, our families and hearts remained here in B.C.

Denise worked  long distance with us before we came out in July 2007 and then tirelessly during the 2 week window we were trying to fit our retirement home purchase into. She only took time off when we insisted. The market was so volatile, a number of viewings we booked were gone before we had a chance to view them.

It took Denise a very short time to get to know us and try and find the home of our dreams. It can be very difficult to find the perfect match that the whole family or a couple are looking for. She managed to do that, remain cheerful, ready and willing to answer any questions we had, despite the time constraints we were working under.

Due to health reasons, we were delayed in returning to Kamloops as planned. Denise and our friend, who both have incrediblely busy schedules, unselfishly offerred to perform checks on our property, until we actually got here in January instead of October.

In all the time we were together, we never once felt like we were just a commission or a job to Denise. She sincerely wanted us to find a place we would both love, an experience that isnt always the case. Royal Lepage Kamloops has a wonderful agent.

We would heartily recommend her as an agent to anyone and are pleased to have found in her, a new friend.

 Jami and myself would like to thank Denise for all her hard work and efforts she put in while selling our townhouse. Although in the beginning no one thought that it would be so hard to sell, as there was no rush. However as time passed and we found a house that had everything we were looking for (location, price, yard and renovation potential), Denise stepped up and was able to sell our townhouse in time for us to successfully buy the house where we hope to be spending the rest of our lives.
